Chris Pulling, CEO.


Chris was most recently CEO of The Integra Group, a contract medical research organization he founded in 2002, until its recent successful sale to the world's largest organization in the medical device sector.  At Integra, Chris was integrally involved in over 30 PMA approvals.  Prior to that he was with Medtronic, where he built and ran Cardiac Rhythm Management's clinical biostatistics group.  Chris has three U.S. patents filed or pending.  Chris has an MS in Biostatistics from the University of Minnesota.

Roy Martin

Roy Martin, DVM, CSO.


Roy is a medical device industry veteran who has spent more than 30 years supporting the development of class 1-3 medical devices.  Most recently he was co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of The Integra Group Preclinical Services and Vice President for NAMSA Preclinical Studies.  Roy has over 20 U.S. patents filed or under review.  He has a BA from the University of St. Thomas and DVM from the University of Minnesota.

J. David Brown, MD, Medical Director.


Dr. Brown is the technology pioneer and inventor.  He has been one of Minnesota's leading glaucoma surgeons, with more than 30 years of glaucoma implant experience, and was among the nation's highest volume practitioners. Dr. Brown received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, and was the Chief of Ophthalmology at the Minnesota Veterans Administration. 


Keith S. Bares, Director.


Keith serves as a board member and oversees finance and initial offerings.  He is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Convergent Capital, a Minneapolis based private equity fund with over $250 million in assets under management.  He is also an investor and director of a number of venture capital backed companies.  Keith holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.


Brad Swatfager, Director.


Brad joined Zyga Technology in March 2013. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Atritech, Inc, where his responsibilities included Finance, Clinical Affairs and Regulatory. Atritech was sold to Boston Scientific in 2011 and Brad was named Vice President/General Manager of the Atritech business. Prior, Brad’s work experience included positions at Velocity Express and Ernst & Young, LLP. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Accounting.
